This guide is to show Yorkshire Hosting customer how to contact us for support.

Note: you need to be logged in to perform these steps.

Let's get started...

1. Visit yorkshire-hosting.co.uk/clientarea
2. From the left hand menu select Open Ticket
3. Choose the department you’d like to contact
4. Enter a subject, choose the service you’d like help with and let us know how we can help
5. If you need to send us an attachment click Choose File and upload
   
   Important: Never upload pictures or scans of your credit/debit card information.
   
   
6. Click Submit

All done! We’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
